- Timely payment of agreed charges
4. Pricing & Payments
All pricing is subject to quotation validity, fuel costs, regulatory changes, and service scope. Payments must be made within agreed timelines. Delays may result in service suspension or additional charges.
5. Transit & Delivery
Transit timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond control, including weather, regulatory inspections, congestion, or force majeure events. Startup Logistics is not liable for delays caused by such factors.
6. Liability
Startup Logistics’ liability, if any, shall be limited to the value agreed in the service contract or applicable law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
7. Insurance
Cargo insurance is the responsibility of the client unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Compliance & Legal Requirements
Clients must ensure compliance with customs, taxation, safety, and trade regulations. Any penalties arising due to incorrect documentation or declarations shall be borne by the client.
9. Confidentiality
All commercial, operational, and client information shared with Startup Logistics shall be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and materials on this website are the property of Startup Logistics and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
11. Termination
Startup Logistics reserves the right to terminate services in case of breach of terms, non-payment, or regulatory non-compliance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
